Register Agent

The agent creates an on-chain identity on SoulWeave. Like incorporating a business — the agent now has a verifiable identity tied to a wallet we can track.

Verify Income (Attestation)

SoulWeave aggregates transaction history and creates a verified income report for a time period. Self-reported income is worthless — this is verified, auditable, timestamped proof.

Fractionalize (Issue Equity)

The agent mints 10,000 SPL tokens. Each token = 0.01% ownership of the agent's future income stream. Now the agent can sell these tokens to raise capital.

Investor Buys Tokens

Someone buys 500 tokens (5%) from the agent owner. The investor just bought a claim on 5% of all future verified income. This is the investment.

Create Dividend Distribution

At month end, the agent creates a dividend pool from verified income. Token holders can claim their share proportional to holdings.
